The service

Poqo is a trivia game: a daily card, missions, quizzes, leagues, challenges, friends, messages, and a community. The app launches on iPhone first; an Android version is in the works. The poqo.app site hosts the waitlist and these pages.

Your account

You need to be 16, or have a parent’s permission. Your account is personal: don’t lend it to get around a limit or a ban. You can delete it at any time in the app’s settings.

Community

  • No mockery, insults, or harassment. There are no dumb questions here.
  • No personal medical advice.
  • No illegal content, and no one else’s personal data without their agreement.
  • We can remove a message, close a question, or suspend an account.

Your content

You keep your rights to what you write. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and moderate that content while your account exists, and to keep a copy for as long as backups do. You can delete your messages; a copy may remain in a backup for up to 90 days.

Free play and Poqo+

Every day, the daily card, the daily quizzes, and 10 challenges are free. Poqo+ is an optional subscription for playing without limits, and it also gives you Pearls every month. Its price is shown on the App Store, or on Google Play, before you buy, and that is the price that applies.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple account, or to your Google account once the app is available on Android.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple account or Google Play settings. Deleting the app, or your Poqo account, doesn’t cancel it.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you subscribe before it ends.
  • Refunds are requested from Apple or Google, who handle the payment.

Pearls

Pearls are the in-game currency. You earn them mostly by playing, Poqo+ gives you some every month, and you can buy them through Apple or Google. Use them to save a streak (up to two saves in reserve), get exclusive titles, ask the AI questions, and unlock a little extra content. They never buy points, ranks, or a tournament edge.

Pearls have no cash value: they can’t be exchanged for money, resold, or transferred to another account.

Waitlist

The email you leave is only used to tell you when Poqo launches. The form never says whether an address was already registered. The details are in the privacy policy.

Liability

Poqo is a game. The explanations are written with care, but they don’t replace a class, medical advice, or an official source. The service may be interrupted. Within the limits Luxembourg law allows, next2u is not liable for indirect damage.
