# Support

## Delete your account

1. Open Poqo.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose “Delete my account”.
4. Confirm.

Deletion is completed within 30 days. Backups may keep a copy for up to 90 days. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel Poqo+: you turn the subscription off in your Apple account settings, or in Google Play on Android.

## Restore a purchase

1. Open Poqo with the same Apple or Google account you used to buy.
2. Open Poqo+.
3. Choose “Restore”.

If nothing comes back, write to [support@poqo.app](mailto:support@poqo.app) and tell us which store you paid on (App Store or Google Play) and when. Refunds are requested from Apple or Google.

## Waitlist

To leave the list, use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or write to [privacy@poqo.app](mailto:privacy@poqo.app). The sign-up form never says whether an address was already registered. That’s on purpose.
